Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your account page or by emailing us — the subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and simply does not renew. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and have not used the paid features in that window, we refund that charge in full (EU right of withdrawal). Renewal charges you tell us about within 14 days are refunded if the period saw no paid-feature use.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused credits in the same window. Credits already spent on generated readings are consumed digital content and are not refundable.

Something broke?

If a reading fails, comes back empty, or the service was down when you needed it, tell us — failed generations are never meant to cost you anything, and we will restore credits or refund the affected period without fuss.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
