1. What Moon Studio is

Moon Studio is astrology software: natal charts, a lunar calendar, a live sky view, ephemeris event search, a journal, and AI-generated readings. It is offered as a web application, with desktop and mobile companions, by Moon Studio (“we”, “us”).

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. One account is for one person; shared or automated (scripted) use of the AI reading features is not allowed.

3. Plans, payments and cancellation

Free features are described on the pricing page. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes (such as EU VAT). You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

4. AI readings are entertainment, not advice

Readings are generated by artificial intelligence from astrological data. They are provided for reflection and entertainment. They are not — and must never be treated as — medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make health, investment, or other consequential decisions based on a reading.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or extract bulk data from the service; do not resell access; do not use the service to generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or circumvent plan limits.

6. Your content

Birth data, journal entries, notes and saved profiles are yours. We store them only to run the service for you and never sell them. See the privacy policy for details and for how to delete your data.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve. If we ever discontinue a paid feature you have an active subscription to, we will refund the unused period.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under EU consumer protection rules.
